Spontaneous!!!

So Sunday morning we left our friends house in Stavanger, Norway. Our plan was to take the bus that we priced earlier, to Bergen, Norway... When we got there, the bus driver informed us that it is double the price than the internet price. So we decided to walk next door to the train station and see when the next train leaves... completely changed our plans and headed for Narvik, Norway... That means we had to stop in Oslo one more time. We arrived in Oslo around 10pm and the next train out of there was completely booked. So instead of looking for a hostel that late, we figured we could just stay at the station till the next train 8am the next morning. The station closed at 1am and had to walk to the bus station which stays open all night/morning. This was not fun being stuck in a small bus station with a bunch of strangers doing the same thing. And on top of that, we had to keep an open eye at all times. There seems to be a lot of meth heads in Oslo.....
Finally got on the train at 8am... the next couple of connections are, Oslo-Trondheim , Trondheim-Ostersund , Ostersund-Braecke , Breacke-Narvik...  Altogether from Oslo, it has taken 17 hours, Wow what a train ride. Not to mention from Stavanger to Oslo was 9 hours by itself. At least the last train from Breacke to Narvid we reserved a sleeper cabin. That was also kinda weird. I thought if we reserved a sleeper, we would have our own little room..... Nope! walked in to find a tiny little room with three bunk beds on each side, haha and there were people already sleeping in there. That was so weird, but at least we got good sleep. We are finally here in Narvik and it is amazing and cold haha... We are officially in the Arctic Circle :)
