We left London yesterday afternoon and rented a car because it wasn't much more than taking a train to Scotland, and we wanted to drive a right hand drive car on the left ...........
Driving in the UK is trippy!!! Very cool too. We keep looking the wrong way (mirrors) and reaching for controls etc in the wrong places haha
We had to ask what the price difference was to upgrade our car to a Alfa Romeo .... So we are driving an Italian Hot Hatch around the UK, does that make any sense?

Sounds like you got the hang of driving real fast. Did you actually sleep? You found a train bridge...those always look so cool. Daffodil fields? Lovely. You are going to have so much fun driving that car around the Isle of Skye. Wish I was there!! Watch out for sheep on the road(seriously!).
